Michael Khouri has been practicing law in California for over 35 years. He is considered an expert in the defense of healthcare providers as well as an expert in Medicare Law, The Medicare System, and Medicare Audits. Michael Khouri has represented over 500 Healthcare providers for Medicare audit issues.
He has tried in excess of 100 cases. Michael has proven his unique expert abilities with a number of cases and has been a keynote speaker at multiple events. He is recognized throughout California, Texas, and the United States for his integrity and firm resolve to help his clients get the best possible resolution to their criminal matters.
Not long after starting his private practice, Mr. Khouri began to develop a specialty representing health care providers (ie doctors, dentists, podiatrists, chiropractors, pharmacists, psychologists, home health, and medical device companies) in criminal cases such as medical billing fraud in California.
Over the years, his practice has expanded to handled Medicare cases across the country. Mike has also lectured nationally in front of state wide medical associations.
